In these group cooking lessons, I will choose a popular recipe (or you can suggest one) and turn it to a low-calorie, low-fat and high-nutrient dish. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I strive to make these lessons educational and fun! Plus, I want to inspire you with nutritious meal ideas to make at home. The ingredients are included in the price.
